In the artifacts tab for an artifact you will see the “Used By” button:
If you want to know why certain builds are showing up under this button and others are not it is because the builds that show up here are the ones that have listed the artifacts checksums as shown here:
You can then check the dependencies on the build info.json to find the match:
If the dependencies of the build info.json do not match the artifacts checksums then the build will not show up in the used
