How to allow non-admin users to access logs

In order to access the "jfrog-logs" repository as a non-admin user: 

1. Create a new Generic Remote repository.

2. Set the repository URL to: https://<SERVER-NAME>.jfrog.io/artifactory/jfrog-logs/

3. Configure the repository with an admin user & password.

4. Create a Permission Target based on your preference to provide access to this newly created generic remote repository.

Now any user with permission to this Remote Repository will be able to view & download the logs
