You may encounter a situation where Artifactory isn’t starting and there are no errors in the artifactory-* logs (such as artifactory-service or artifactory-request). In fact, these logs are not updating at all, however, Tomcat logs and other microservice logs continue to log. If this is the case, then the $JFROG_HOME/var/etc/artifactory/logback.xml may be invalid.
