MyJFrog mobile app is designed to allow an “On-the-go” experience to MyJFrog users.
Admins and Users should be able to view their status from anywhere, enabling quick responses to issues or updates directly from their mobile.

Main Capabilities 
  • Dashboard Overview: Get a quick snapshot of your JFrog platform’s performance, including health status, consumption metrics and forecast, security scans and usage trend analysis.
  • Notifications: Stay informed with real-time notifications about important updates, such as daily or monthly consumption thresholds, Token Expiration, SSL certificate, DNS routing failover and other important events.
  • Secure Login Options: Access your MyJFrog account using MyJFrog credentials, Google SSO, or Apple SSO.

How to Download and Install
1. Download from the App Store:
• Open the Apple App Store on your iOS device or use this link
• Search for “MyJFrog.”
• Tap the “Get” button to download and install the app on your device.
2. Log In:
• Open the MyJFrog app
• Login using your MyJFrog credentials, Google SSO, or Apple SSO
• If you have multiple subscriptions, you can switch between them by tapping the subscription name at the top of the dashboard.


Note: Self-hosted subscriptions are not currently available in the mobile app.

How do I log in to the MyJFrog app?
You can log in using your MyJFrog credentials, Google SSO, or Apple SSO.
If I don’t know what my credentials are? 
Open your MyJFrog app, and click Forgot Password to reset your password.
I’m a MyJFrog user, what should I do?
Contact your account administrator and ask for an MyJFrog user invitation.
Can I use the MyJFrog app if I have multiple subscriptions?
Yes, if you have multiple cloud subscriptions, you can easily switch between them by tapping on the subscription name at the top of the dashboard.
I have a Self Hosted subscription, can I log in in order to view my dashboards?
Self-hosted subscriptions are currently not supported on mobile.
Where can I download the MyJFrog app?
The MyJFrog app is available for download on the Apple App Store. Simply search for “MyJFrog” and tap “Get” to install the app on your iOS device.
Can I download the app to my IPad?
Currently, iPad version is not supported
Is the MyJFrog app available for Android?
Currently, the MyJFrog app is only available on iOS. We are working on expanding support to other platforms in the future.
