The following instructions will guide you on how to upload a support bundle or the relevant files for anyJFrog Support ticket, when cURL is not an option, UI uploads should be your main
alternative. Before you begin, make sure to know your support ticket number, as the ticket
will tell you what information is required for you to submit.
 
In this example, we'll use 00001 as the ticket number. And be aware that no username or password are required to login. To begin the process, click HERE . Then: 
1.) Click on the Artifacts tab on the left pane:

2.) Choose the logs repository on the left:

3.) Click the Deploy option on the top right:

4.) Select, drag and drop the desired files.

5.) Under Target Path, enter your ticket number correctly (e.g., 00001/support-bundle-example.zip). Make sure that your Target Repository is showing logs.

5.) Click Deploy.
