Description: Allows adding a custom issue

API Version: v1

Security: Requires a valid user with the "Manage Xray Metadata" permission

Note: "id" parameter cannot have a prefix "Xray", and "provider" parameter cannot be JFrog.

Usage: POST /api/v1/events
